Please don’t consider me a professional breeder.

Instead, just call me a “Dachshund Fancier” cause I just love dogs.  I’ve been that way all my life.

My favorite is the Miniature Dachshund breed, several of which I’ve nurtured, bred, raised and owned over many years, and grown more and more in love with.  You just can’t help but love them.

My favorite variety is the long-haired variety, in rare colors like Cream, Chocolate, and Black. I have enjoyed parenting the short-hair variety, and long-hair.

To me, all of them, regardless of appearance are the most beautiful creatures God put on earth. . . with their long noses, long graceful bodies, big chests, and short “Queen Anne” Legs.

I’ve had the joy of raising and parenting several precious litters of dachshunds; two girls Lucy and Opal, and seven baby boys, who were successfully adopted.

I always fed my Dachshund puppies Eukanuba Puppy Small Breed Dry Dog Food a puppy chow they enjoyed, and plain drinking water. This brand of puppy chow ensured that they were always very frisky and active.

They are the best companions an old girl like me can have around the house.

Miniature Dachshunds made great pets for me. They are fun with kids, adorable snugglers, and effective hunters!

So on this site, we hope o share with you some of our heartwarming experiences with the puppies, and some of the things we learned after many years of raising and loving on them. 
Perhaps, one day on this site, I’ll write a blog post telling you the story of my first encounters with this adorable breed.    I guarantee you it will be nothing short of entertaining!
